Cassius Training Camps have developed some of Europe’s elite professional sports teams and individual sporting talent. Our Camps accelerate development through designing adventurous and challenging bespoke 1-7 day training programs covering elements such as Leadership, Team Building and Mental Strength.
Through skilful review and reflection, attendees are able to turn the outcomes from the challenges and workshops into knowledge they can apply with great effect in their chosen sport.
Working with a range of elite fitness experts, sports psychologists and guest speakers, we focus on 12 key improvement pillars, which in turn create the Cassius ‘Pushing The Limits’ Mind-Set.

All workshops are delivered by professional speakers in breathtaking outdoor locations.
